Here at JTV we want to take the stress out of a car purchase for you. Whilst we love welcoming people to HQ, we also know that this isn't possible for everyone, so we are turning this into a positive by introducing our Contactless Purchase.

We do alot of our business like this and always have fantastic feedback, our promise is that we would never deliver a vehicle to someone, which we ourselves wouldn't be happy receiving. It's a daunting and a massive trust exercise, but read our reviews, we have a lot of satisfied clients!

We have the following 2 Options for you:


Browse our great selection of quality used cars and feel free to view a vast quantity of photos from every corner of the car, we endeavour to show as much as you'd want to see face to face - we pride ourselves on our presentation and we hope this reflects in the photographs we display.
Once you've found the perfect vehicle for you:

• Simply choose the 'Reserve Online' option
• Complete the short reservation form
• Sit back and relax

This will ensure your perfect car is taken off the market, so you don't need to worry about someone else buying it. All you need to do is turn up and we'll guide you through the rest of the buying process, so you can feel perfectly at ease.

What next?

A sales representative can contact you either by a simple telephone conversation, or we can arrange full video calls to ensure you have totally fallen in love with your purchase, even before you have cast eyes on it in the flesh.

At this point we will require a small reservation fee to conclude the process, this amount will of course be deducted from the final invoice total upon completion.

Finance agreements can be set up remotely and all paperwork can be sent directly to you, and e-signed back to us for a comprehensive and simple process.

We will arrange a time that suits for collection, most of our vehicles are ready to leave within only a few days.

**Please Note** We cannot hold a vehicle off sale for more than 24 hours after your reservation if we have not received reply contact from you either by email or telephone.

We have a designated handover bay and viewing area meaning total peace of mind when collecting your reserved vehicle.


If you decide that one of our fantastic used vehicles is the one for you, perfect! We'll ensure everything is setup so you can drive away - and following everything from Option 1.

However if you don't want to collect or cannot due to your circumstances, please do not panic, we here at JT Vehicles will have the vehicle fully prepared and delivered to your door in again in the most convenient way, we always ensure the following on ALL of our deliveries.

• The vehicle has been fully detailed prior to leaving us.
• Our staff are fully compliant with any aspect of your new vehicle you are perhaps unsure of and require a demonstration of.
• You are familiar with the location of the manuals (if applicable), spare key and locking wheel nut.
• All documents (excluding V5s which come direct from DVLA) are handled at base and you will receive them in due course.
